"Amazing and unlike any other dentist I've been to, although I have had great dentists in the past. What I like better about Dr. Pan, his staff, and the office is the quiet but very friendly environment, you can clearly see his many certifications and that they were gained over the course of many years (important to continue education), and the customized dental health plan that he forms after hearing your history/concerns and evaluating your teeth. What's so different about the way he does this is during after appointment scheduling, the receptionist first goes over Dr. Pan's health plan for you to better your teeth, then shows how they are broken up into VERY doable smaller appointments. Dr. Pan did and said many things during the appointment to let me know he was definitely the right fit for me and my family. My teeth and I thank you!"

"Finding the right dentist is tedious, time-consuming, & scary! I've always dreaded dentist appointments, however, I'm so grateful for Dr. Pan and his staff! I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish! They provide exceptional customer service, made me feel comfortable, and were well informed about my dental care at every single appointment. Dr. Pan is an awesome dentist. He's friendly, patient, and attentive. Sandra is amazing! ... Sandra went above and beyond and even took the time to explain my insurance benefits to me & in turn, I was able to get a clear understanding of my dental coverage and fees. She was efficient with getting my dental plan approved by the insurance & communicated all updates to me. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was also very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough with my cleaning! Dr. Pan and his staff go above and beyond to make their patients feel comfortable and even make going to the dentist enjoyable!"
